1. Account questions

1 I have forgotten my password. What can I do? You must enter your login (eMail address) and provide any password (even if it is wrong). Then the server will provide you with the link "Request new PWD". Now reenter your login, click on "Reqest new PWD" and then a newly generated random password will sent to you.
2 I entered a correct password, but the server keep on telling me "Wrong info - login failed!". What to do? Probably you (or another person) tried to login with your account and entered three times a wrong password. Request a new password as described in the entry above.
3 I have a new eMail address. Can I change my login without loosing my game grids? Yes. If you have a new eMail addres, just go to "Admin Account" and change your entry in "eMail/Login". This will not generate a new account - it will just change your login id for you account. Be aware, that the login must be unique - so you can not enter two different ?guesswhat? accounts with the same login id.
4 Why you need my eMail address? The account activation must have an eMail address. This is necessary because we do not want to have too many "fun accounts" of people who do not really work with the service. An eMail address gives us the possibility to send the generated password to the user. Also any administrative tasks can be made automatically - if e.g. a user showed no activity for a long period of time we can ask via eMail, if he still wants to use his account and if not, delete it.
5 I changed my login to a wrong eMail address and forgott it. What to do? Unfortunately the account is lost! You must create a new account.
6 How do I delete my account? In the "Admin Account site, just click on "Delete my Account" and confirm afterwards. Now everything in context of your account is deleted on the server.

2. Content questions

1 If I see any inappropriate content on your server - what can I do? The best thing is to copy the URL (the web address in the top row of your browser e.g. http://www.guesswhat.de/GuessWhat/Game?GameID=48&CurrentID=-1) and send it to the ?guesswhat? administrator under guesswhat-support@codeconcert.de.
2 I see a wrong information in a public game grid. Can I contact the owner to inform him? No. The user data of the user is confidential and will not be displayed to others. In such a case the best way is, to create an own grid with correct information.

3. Game usage

1 The browser does not show all of the game grid. What to do? Zoom your browser window, so that everything will be displayed. Either you do this by holding the STR button on your keyboard and scroll with your mouse wheel, or you go in the menu of your browser in order to select a proper zoom factor.
2 Is ther any possibility to use ?guesswhat? offline? ?guesswhat? is a service designed for online use. However, what you can do is to call the game grid while being online and then save the complete site for offline usage. Nearly all of the browser allow you to store the complete website for those purposes.
3 When I enter the link of a game directly I get an error message. What to do? You are only allowed to use the games when you are logged in as a ?guesswhat? user. What you have to do is to login under http://www.guesswhat.de/GuessWhat/AdminServlet. Now you will be able to use any game you have the rights for.
